Note: The athletes competing in the Vintage Strength Games this week will not do the posted workouts, they will do their competition events instead.

general warm up (15 minutes)

grave digger rear lunges x 10/10 reps

barbarian lateral lunges x 20 reps

shielded strikes x 24 reps

specific warm up (5 minutes)

horizontal mace strikes set up and light practice

strength (20 minutes)

horizontal mace strikes x 8/8 reps x 4 sets

conditioning/accessory work (2 rounds)

mace paddling x 20/20 reps

uppercut front lunges x 10/10 reps

double club snatches x 10 reps
