Strength has to follow correct movement patterns though.

Without many, many repetitions of a movement, the correct technique will not become ingrained in an athlete.
Look at Rik Brown or Gastón Jeronimo Giorlando and see what thousands of reps can accomplish.
There are no shortcuts, you just have to practice, and practice correctly.
Don’t be too cheap to hire a good coach. Also attend quality seminars, workshops, and certifications.
Nothing good comes easy, cheaply or quickly!
